THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE
As a Pillar client, you will be paired with our passionate and well-trained student volunteers (known as Project Leaders) for the course of our 10-week project. Your Project Leaders will collaborate in small teams of 2-3 and will commit a minimum of 3-4 hours per week to support you with overcoming your organisations social media obstacles.
Before the project cycle begins, your Client Engagement Director with work alongside you to uncover what specific type of social media assistance your organisation requires; and will work with our Student Engagement Directors to match you with a Project Leader whose skills and interests best suit your needs.

Strategy Creation

Engagement Analysis

In-depth data analytics of audience engagement levels across various social media platforms

Conducting market research to identify challenges and potential opportunities

Formulating strategic/content recommendations to improve engagement levels and suggesting 3rd party platforms to simplify future engagement analysis’ for your team
Content Creation

Developing written content including articles and social media captions

Designing visual content that aligns with your brands guidelines

Creating brand guidelines and visual content that aligns with your brands identity and target audience
Campaign / Platform Launch

Developing a strategic plan from ideation to implementation

Creating a content bank and/or templates that align with your organisation’s core messaging and aims

Recommending key metrics to measure campaign/platform success
